Back at it with another Tenderheart cookbook recipe from @hettymckinnon’s and this time it’s Roasted Napa Cabbage with Sesame Sauce!

I’ve never had roasted napa cabbage before and wow…it is SO delicious!!!The sweetness of the cabbage is concentrated and it’s tender with crispy charred bits! Then add on that easy sesame sauce and you’ll find yourself swirling cabbage around the plate to soak up all that sauce!!!
