In Frame : Tamarind Rice | Puliyogare | Puliyodharai
Tamarind rice is a delicious dish from the south of India, Leftover rice is combined with spices, tamarind pulp and peanuts to create a filling meal with minimal fuss.
It is one of those dishes you can make ahead and store. Well, not the rice part, but the tamarind mix. So all you have to do is stir-fry leftover rice into the heated tamarind mixture for an instant meal.

When we put any leftovers to a use we not only prevent wastage but also protect our environment…. and when the same is done with the leftover food we somewhere help resolve food problems, even if it is a small impact… I am liking your idea to put the leftover food to create such a delicious looking dishππ The sight of food creates a desire in us to eat or not eat it and your dish is way too compelling to have it right awayπ€€π€€ too tempting and yummylicious ππ€€ please do checkout which leftover food item from my kitchen was used to create a new dish in case you haven’t done that till now β€οΈβ€οΈ
