This high fiber, sugar-free protein loaf will keep you satiated for hours and WILL NOT spike your insulin. Yay • 80g oat flour (blended oats) • 20g coconut flour (I ran out of oat flour) • 40g @proteinworld whey concentrate (discount code ‘PWRIO) • 2 tsp baking powder • 100g pumpkin (steamed) • 100g fat free milk +~ • dash of vanilla • 1 tsp cinnamon • 1/2 tsp nutmeg • Salt and sweetener to taste. Purée your pumpkin if it’s not yet puréed. Combine fry ingredients. Add wet.
